Roof Maintenance Package
Annual, bi-annual, and a quarterly service roof maintenance package are a great way to prolong the life of your roof and be able to be proactive about solving issues before they turn into major expenses down the road. With Revive Roofing's roof maintenance package, our team protects your home and allows you to get the longest life possible out of your roofing system. So what's included?
INCLUDES
- Removal of all debris on the roofing system, including pine straw, leaves, branches and other debris which leads to premature aging of the shingle and is an easy way to prevent leaks.
- Clean Gutters
- Reseal all of the exposed nails on the roofing system such as exposed nails at the ridge vents, flashings, etc.
- Inspect plumbing boots and pipe vents for failure or leaks
- A detailed roof report for every service treatment for your roof service records
- For roofs that are 10 years old or older at the time service begins, you will build a credit towards a full roof replacement later down the road.
Example: You sign up for an annual service and are a customer for 5 years. At the end of the 5 years, its time for a roof, you’ll receive a $1,000.00 credit to the cost of the new roof regardless if its a retail or insurance approved roof replacement.
